Active Ingredients

Vitamin C (Liposomal): Vitamin C is an antioxidant that can help prevent premature skin ageing and delay the visible signs of biological skin ageing. Collagen is a naturally occurring protein in the skin that helps keep the skin firm and plump. Protection of collagen declines with age, but vitamin C has been shown to help promote collagen production to help maintain skin youthfulness. Vitamin C can also inhibit melanin production in the skin, to help achieve a bright and more even skin tone.

Vitamin E: Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that is known to have antioxidant properties to help repair the skin from the harmful effects of UV damage to the skin. There is also evidence that these antioxidant properties help protect the skin from UV damage. Vitamin E has further anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce inflammation and redness in the skin.

Based on this prescription, varying concentrations of each ingredient will be used to create the ideal day and night blend – for you, personally. And these blends will then be made, bespoke to order, at our laboratory.

Complete the patient questionnaire we send you with your order confirmation so that we can customise the serum to meet your needs.

Step 3

Dr Ophelia will prescribe your optimum serum based on your skin questionnaire.

Step 4

Your bespoke formulation will be made in our London laboratory and despatched to you in 7-10 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within mainland UK and Northern Ireland is free.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch hair vitamins the next working day. Prescription products are made bespoke to order in our London Laboratory, so they are typically dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. UK orders are all sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Do you ship overseas?

We only ship to addresses in the UK currently.
