Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically processed within one business day.
Vitamins are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday) or the next working day for orders placed after 3pm.
Since our prescription products (Skin Serums and Hair Growth Elixirs etc.) are made to order in our London laboratory, they have a slightly longer lead time. These are typically dispatched within 7-10 working days.
Please ensure that you are available for delivery of these. Due to the nature of prescription products, any items that are returned to the laboratory will have to be destroyed.
Shipping is free for UK orders. We also ship to the rest of Europe, as well as the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. See below for rates and timings.

Please note: Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We work as hard as we can to try to meet all delivery estimates, but sometimes there may be delays - e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control. International customers: your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on your purchase, which you will be responsible for paying. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot refund or reimburse them. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Due to the nature of prescription products, we are unable to accept returns for our Skin Serums and Hair Growth Elixirs. We do accept returns for vitamins, as long as they remain sealed in their packaging. These can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Please note: We cannot reimburse postage costs for returns. We recommend insurance/tracking as Dr. Ophelia is not responsible for lost packages.
