How to Use

Use in the evening. After cleansing, gently pat a small amount (no more than 1 pump for both eyes) of Hyperpigmentation Eye Night Serum to the skin all around the eye (and underneath the eye). For those who have not used this product before, it should be phased in gradually. Apply on alternate nights for the first week and then increase the amount and apply every night when tolerated.

Active Ingredients

Hydroquinone: Hydroquinone is a gold standard dermatological active ingredient for targeting areas of darkening. It works by inhibiting the activity of the tyrosinase, the enzyme needed to make melanin. It can be used on areas of hyperpigmentation, blemishes, pigmented scarring and melasma.

Tretinoin: Tretinoin is derived from vitamin A and is the prescription grade retinoid. Tretinoin helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and areas of darkening under the eye.

Based on this prescription, varying concentrations of each ingredient will be used to create the ideal day and night blend – for you, personally. And these blends will then be made, bespoke to order, at our laboratory.

Complete the patient questionnaire we send you with your order confirmation so that we can customise the serum to meet your needs.

Dr Ophelia will prescribe your optimum serum based on your skin questionnaire.

Step 4

Your bespoke formulation will be made in our London laboratory and despatched to you in 7-10 working days.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within mainland UK and Northern Ireland is free. Shipping to Europe costs £8 and to the rest of the world costs £15.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch hair vitamins the next working day. Prescription products are made bespoke to order in our London Laboratory, so they are typically dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. UK orders are all sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to most of Europe, as well as USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If shipping to your country isn’t available at checkout, email us at pa@drophelia.com and we will arrange shipping for you.
