Clear + Brilliant Laser
Clinically proven fractional laser for early skin ageing
Clear + Brilliant is a non-ablative fractional laser designed to improve overall skin tone, texture, and radiance with minimal downtime. It delivers precise, controlled laser energy into the superficial dermis, creating thousands of microscopic treatment zones that stimulate cellular renewal and neocollagenesis. This process replaces damaged skin cells with new, healthy tissue, improving epidermal turnover and dermal remodelling for a visibly brighter, smoother complexion.
CLINICAL INDICATIONS
Clear + Brilliant is suitable for patients who wish to address:
- Early signs of photo ageing (fine lines, textural irregularities, dullness)
- Pigmentary changes including uneven skin tone, melasma and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
- Enlarged pores
- Acne and acne scarring
- Early prevention and maintenance of skin quality
The treatment is appropriate for Fitzpatrick skin types I–VI, making it a safe and versatile option across a wide range of skin tones.
Clear + Brilliant utilises a fractional 1440 nm or 1927 nm diode laser, depending on the indication:
- 1440 nm wavelength targets the superficial dermis to improve tone, texture, and radiance.
- 1927 nm wavelength targets the epidermis, addressing pigmentation and uneven skin tone.
By creating controlled microthermal injury zones surrounded by intact tissue, the device initiates a healing cascade that promotes collagen synthesis and epidermal renewal while preserving the skin barrier.Discomfort: Mild, typically described as warmth or tingling.Pre numbing can be given.Post-procedure care: Gentle skincare, sun avoidance, and consistent use of broad-spectrum SPFA course of 3–6 treatments spaced 3–4 weeks apart is recommended for cumulative collagen stimulation and sustained clinical improvement.Patients typically report:
- Improved skin texture and luminosity within 1–2 weeks
- Reduction in the appearance of fine lines and pores
- More uniform tone and pigmentation
- Enhanced dermal density over time with repeated sessions
Histological studies have demonstrated increased collagen density and epidermal renewal following fractional non-ablative laser treatments such as Clear + Brilliant.
DOWNTIME AND RECOVERY
Post-treatment erythema and mild oedema may occur for 12–24 hours.Surface roughness or dryness can develop during the first few days as the skin undergoes renewal. Most patients can return to normal activities within 24 hours.
