HOW DOES AVICLEAR WORK?
AviClear utilises a specialised laser wavelength of 1726nm to safely and precisely target the sebaceous glands that produce oil in the skin and downregulate them. Each AviClear session takes around 30 minutes. Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed, and then the laser will be passed over the acne-prone areas. No anaesthetic is needed, and most patients find the treatment comfortable thanks to integrated cooling technology.
A full course consists of three treatments, spaced about a month apart. For most patients, this is sufficient for long-term improvement, although maintenance treatments can be discussed if needed.
AviClear is indicated for use on the face, but all areas affected by acne can be treated, including the chest and back.
